Ionut Marin

Ionut joined Abris in September 2015 from Philip Morris where he was involved in various strategic and operational projects. He brings particular experience in waste management and recycling, tissue production, and technology and security integration.

Prior to Philip Morris, Ionut was a Management Consultant for AT Kearney, being involved in strategy and operations projects in sectors such as utilities, pharmaceuticals, FMCG, metals and mining.

In his personal life, Ionut enjoys running marathons and half-marathons, a passion he discovered in the last years, cycling in the beautiful Romanian countryside and playing chess.

Ionut has passed the Level II CFA exam and is a graduate of the Bucharest Academy of Economic Studies with a BSc and a Master’s degree in Economics and International Business. He is fluent in English.
