In October 2019, Abris acquired a majority stake in Global Technical Systems (GTS) – one of the largest technical installation companies in Romania.

Established in 2007, GTS is one of the leading providers of technical installation services in the areas of MEP (mechanical, electrical and plumbing) services, BMS (building management systems), Renewable Energy and Technical Maintenance.

GTS designs, installs and maintains technical systems that are meant to make buildings function well, bring comfort to people inhabiting them and reduce their environmental impact.
