Tomasz Hajduk

Tomasz joined Abris in 2020 and focuses on transactions in the telecommunication, media, and technology (TMT) space alongside technology-driven opportunities in other sectors.

Prior to joining Abris, Tomasz worked as a principal at Altman Solon for over six years, consulting for leading TMT companies and financial investors in Europe across a wide range of strategic, transactional and operational issues. Before Altman Solon, Tomasz was an M&A Analyst at Deutsche Bank in London and at Bastion Group in Warsaw, where he gained experience in M&A and capital markets transactions, focusing on multiple sectors including financial services, industrials, utilities, hospitality and TMT.

In his personal life, Tomasz is an avoid mountaineer and climber. He also follows the NBA basketball league.

Tomasz holds an MBA with distinction from INSEAD. He also has a Master’s degree in Finance and Accounting and a Bachelor’s degree in Corporate Finance from Warsaw School of Economics. Tomasz is fluent in English and Polish.
