Jakub Tokarski

Jakub joined Abris in 2022 and works principally on investigating and analyzing potential investment opportunities and supporting value-creation activities across Abris’ portfolio.

Prior to joining Abris, Jakub worked in M&A advisory department at the PwC in Warsaw, focusing on transaction execution within technology, logistics, industrial and consumer goods sectors. Previously, he gained consulting and legal experience through internships at Strategy & CMS.

In his personal life, Jakub is a passionate traveler, always seeking to explore new destinations, however he can also be found on a tennis court.

Jakub is a graduate of Warsaw School of Economics, where he completed a Master’s degree in Corporate Finance and Bachelor’s degree in Finance and Accounting. He also holds a Master’s degree in Law from the University of Warsaw. He is fluent in English.
