In the 2019 edition of our ESG report, we focus on corporate governance. We have devoted time and effort to rethink our approach, study legislative changes, and review our collective experiences. As a result, our new Corporate Governance Committee developed a comprehensive governance model based on two principles: building investment value and mitigating risk.Report 2018
In 2018, following both EU trends and regulatory focus, we have concentrated on a broad implementation of our “zero tolerance” policy by implementing codes of ethical conduct, anti-corruption procedures and professional whistleblowing tools.
