Ewa Kacprzak-Olszewska

Ewa is the Finance and Administration Director for Abris, responsible for budgeting, internal and external reporting and administration.

Prior to joining Abris in 2012, Ewa spent six years in investment banking, working for Lasanoz Finance, an independent corporate finance boutique. Earlier, she gained in-depth finance and accounting knowledge, working in KPMG Poland’s audit and management consulting departments for five years, as well as holding the position of Deputy CFO in Elektrim SA for three years.

In her personal life, Ewa enjoys playing tennis, practicing yoga and reading books.

Ewa gained ACCA professional qualifications in 1999 and has held an FCCA title since 2004. She graduated from the Executive MBA program at Ecole Nationale des Ponts et Chausees of Paris and the University of Bristol, and holds a Master’s degree in Economics from Warsaw University. She is fluent in English.
