Anna Grabowska

Anna joined Abris in 2020. She provides legal support to the investment and operations teams at Abris, including on corporate governance in various jurisdictions, and on transactional and compliance matters.
Before joining Abris, Anna spent nine years as legal counsel at Innova Capital. She started her career as a legal advisor to banks supporting various deals including the financing of leveraged buyouts by private equity funds.
In her personal life, Anna enjoys travelling and non-fiction reading. She is a foodie and a Shiba Inu enthusiast.
Anna graduated from the Faculty of Law and Administration at Warsaw University. She also completed a course in English and European Law at the British Law Center at Warsaw University, in collaboration with the University of Cambridge.
As of 2004 she is admitted to the Warsaw Bar Association of Attorneys-at-Law. Anna is fluent in Polish and English and communicational in French.
