Abris acquired Masterlease in March 2010 from its us owner, General Motors Acceptance Corporation (GMAC).

The acquisition required the development by Abris of an innovation financing structure followed by a comprehensive restructuring of the Masterlease balance sheet.

The Masterlease Group is one of the leading car fleet management (CFM) and vehicle leasing group in Poland. It specialises in car fleet management services, in particular the full service leasing (FSL) of cars to a wide range of corporate clients and individuals.

Under Abris ownership Masterlease was successfullydeveloped as an independent business, growing its market share and profitability until its successfull debute on the Warsaw Stock Exchange on 16 April 2014 at a market capitalization of ca. EUR 124m.

Abris exited its final interest in the company in April 2015.
