In July 2013 Abris merged two seperately held banks (PBP Bank and FM Bank) to create the lending institution targeted at Polish SMEs and entrepreneurs.
The new bank (renamed Biz Bank) developed a range of innovative products and services including the launch of bank SMART the first smartphone-based mobile banking platform in Europe.
The bank was sold by Abris in November 2015.
