Dental Holding expands further with three new acquisitions in Croatia and Hungary

The Group reaches 6th investment in the dental sector

5 May 2025, Bucharest – Dental Holding has signed agreements to acquire
Croatia-based Sanitaria Dental d.o.o. & SCL Logistika d.o.o. and Hungary-based Sanitaria Kft. reaching a total of 6 acquisitions in the sector. The objective is to further expand the largest and most digitally advanced dental distribution platform in CEE, consolidating the regional market. Following the acquisitions, the group will have presence in 5 countries and expects revenues in excess of EUR 110m this year.

d.o.o, founded in 1997 and headquartered in Zagreb, is a leading dental supplies distributor in Croatia providing comprehensive services to around 3,500 dental clinics and 1,500 dental laboratories.

SCL Logistika, founded in 2013 and headquartered in Zagreb, provides integrated fulfillment and logistics services tailored to the dental and medical industries.
With a robust operational network across Croatia, Slovenia, Hungary, and Bosnia and Herzegovina, the company enables fast, compliant, and reliable distribution to dental clinics and laboratories throughout the region. As part of the Group, SCL Logistika will play a critical role in enhancing Dental Holding’s regional infrastructure, ensuring operational efficiency, and supporting scalable, cross-border fulfillment as the platform continues to grow.

Sanitaria Kft, founded in 1990 and headquartered in Budapest, is a leading dental implants, equipment and consumables distributor in Hungary offering specialized services to around 5,000 dental clinics and 2,000 dental laboratories across the country.

Following the acquisition, the founders of the companies will continue to run the operations in Croatia and Hungary. The agreements are conditional upon securing customary regulatory approvals and are expected to complete in Q2 2025.
