GetBack

In June 2015, Abris invested in GetBack, a debt purchase business with operations in Poland and Romania.

As a result of several fraudulent events detected in 2018, the restructured management board applied for an accelerated restructuring procedure, which was opened by the Wroclaw District Court on 8 May 2018.

The Court approved the Debt Restructuring Arrangements on 6 June 2019 and this decision became fully binding on 26 February 2020.

Since 2022, Abris holds only a small minority stake in the company.
